Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. chives, thyme
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Peel potatoes if skin is tough.
- If not, scrub and rinse.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with butter and seasonings.
- Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake for another 15 minutes until lightly brown.
