Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. corn flakes, lightly crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Use lightly greased cookie sheet. Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and vanilla.
- Slowly add flour, then add corn flakes; mix well.
- Drop level tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet, about 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.
- Yields 25 cookies.
