Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 lb. pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Boil spaghetti until tender.
- Drain. Brown ground beef and drain.
- Put spaghetti in large casserole dish.
- Pour egg and milk over spaghetti.
- Top evenly with 1 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 7 minutes and remove.
- Pour spaghetti sauce and ground beef over top.
- Add rest of cheese.
- Top with pepperoni. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve with French bread and salad.
