Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Boil spaghetti until tender.
  • Drain. Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Put spaghetti in large casserole dish.
  • Pour egg and milk over spaghetti.
  • Top evenly with 1 cup of cheese.
  • Bake for 7 minutes and remove.
  • Pour spaghetti sauce and ground beef over top.
  • Add rest of cheese.
  • Top with pepperoni. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Cut into squares and serve with French bread and salad.
