Ingredients
- 1 c. raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. hamburger
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
Method
- Salt and pepper each layer to taste.
- Bake in slow oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Keep cover on.
