Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup (225 ml) finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup (225 ml) flaked coconut
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 3 to 4 bananas or more, to your taste
- whipped cream or whipped topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees (150 C.).
- Blend all the ingredients together except the bananas and whipped cream/topping.
- Press into a 9" greased with butter, pie pan, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- When ready to serve, slice the bananas over the top of this and add the whipped cream/topping.
- Yummy!
