Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 ml) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup (225 ml) finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup (225 ml) flaked coconut
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 to 4 bananas or more, to your taste
  • whipped cream or whipped topping

Method

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees (150 C.).
  • Blend all the ingredients together except the bananas and whipped cream/topping.
  • Press into a 9" greased with butter, pie pan, and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • When ready to serve, slice the bananas over the top of this and add the whipped cream/topping.
  • Yummy!
