Ingredients
- 1 whole muskmelon, any variety, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 4 cups)
- 1 Tbs. grated orange zest
- 2 Tbs. minced candied ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Put melon pieces into a bowl, and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Mix orange zest, ginger and salt in a small bowl.
- Toss melon with zest mixture, and serve.
