Ingredients

  • 400 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 5 grams Dry yeast
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 250 ml Water

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and knead well.
  • The time it takes will vary when using a machine, but it should take about 20 minutes by hand.
  • Gather it all up and place into a bowl that is lightly greased with oil (not included in the ingredients), cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 40 minutes.
  • After rising, make rolls in size you like, cut, and roll into balls.
  • Place on top of a cloth, and finally cover with another cloth to keep from drying out.
  • Let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Reshape and re-roll them up, then line them up on a pan lined with parchment paper.
  • This time I placed them into a large container larger than the pan to keep them from drying out.
  • It took 35 minutes to rise.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15 minutes, and they're done.
