Ingredients
- 400 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 5 grams Dry yeast
- 5 grams Salt
- 250 ml Water
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and knead well.
- The time it takes will vary when using a machine, but it should take about 20 minutes by hand.
- Gather it all up and place into a bowl that is lightly greased with oil (not included in the ingredients), cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 40 minutes.
- After rising, make rolls in size you like, cut, and roll into balls.
- Place on top of a cloth, and finally cover with another cloth to keep from drying out.
- Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Reshape and re-roll them up, then line them up on a pan lined with parchment paper.
- This time I placed them into a large container larger than the pan to keep them from drying out.
- It took 35 minutes to rise.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15 minutes, and they're done.
