Ingredients
- Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 bechamel sauce serving
- leeks
- chives to garnish
Method
- Add one Knorr Chicken Stock Cube to a pan of water.
- Once boiling, put the roughly sliced leeks into the pan. Blanch the leeks in water with the Knorr Chicken Stock Cube (you can also use Vegetable, whatever you prefer).
- Pour on enough white sauce so it coats the leeks. You don't want to drown them.
- Take some chives and finely chop.
- Add to the pan and mix through - voila!
