Ingredients

  • Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 bechamel sauce serving
  • leeks
  • chives to garnish

Method

  • Add one Knorr Chicken Stock Cube to a pan of water.
  • Once boiling, put the roughly sliced leeks into the pan. Blanch the leeks in water with the Knorr Chicken Stock Cube (you can also use Vegetable, whatever you prefer).
  • Pour on enough white sauce so it coats the leeks. You don't want to drown them.
  • Take some chives and finely chop.
  • Add to the pan and mix through - voila!
