Ingredients
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 slice lemon (optional)
Method
- Preheat grill.
- Peel shrimp ,as you peel, place in large bowl.
- Add the pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to shrimp.
- Toss shrimp in seasoning until lightly coated.
- melt butter in bowl.
- Place shrimp on the grill.
- Grill for 3 minutes drizzle butter on top of the shrimp.
- let sit for 2 more minutes.
- Flip.
- Drizzle butter on the other side if the shrimp.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
