Ingredients

  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 slice lemon (optional)

Method

  • Preheat grill.
  • Peel shrimp ,as you peel, place in large bowl.
  • Add the pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to shrimp.
  • Toss shrimp in seasoning until lightly coated.
  • melt butter in bowl.
  • Place shrimp on the grill.
  • Grill for 3 minutes drizzle butter on top of the shrimp.
  • let sit for 2 more minutes.
  • Flip.
  • Drizzle butter on the other side if the shrimp.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
