Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons bottled minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Method

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat; add garlic, and cook 1 minute. Add shrimp, and cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Stir in parsley and remaining ingredients.
