Ingredients
- 20 to 24 large fresh cleaned shrimp
- 1/4 lb. butter (1/2 c.)
- 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. white dry wine or dry sherry
Method
- Heat all ingredients, except shrimp, to blend, then pour evenly over shrimp in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
- Broil in marinade (turning once) until brown. Serve over linguine.
- Serves 4.
