Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. gelatin
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked shrimp
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- salt to taste
Method
- Heat soup.
- Add cream cheese.
- Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water; add to soup mixture and beat with wire whip to mix.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased mold. Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
