Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 medium minced garlic cloves
- 28 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
- 4 oz. can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
Method
- Lightly saute the olive oil, onion and garlic cloves.
- Add tomatoes, mushroom pieces and stems, sugar, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper and water.
- Add cooked shrimp and warm thoroughly. Serve over linguini.
