Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 ounces cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 12 ounces peeled shrimp
  • 2 ounces green onions sliced
  • 3 leaves
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill chopped, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
  • 1 ounce caviar

Method

  • Combine tomatoes, shrimp, green onions and shredded lettuce. Arrange whole leaves at the edge of individual serving glasses then spoon shrimp mixture over top. Whisk together sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and chopped dill. Season then drizzle over shrimp. Garnish each glass with a sprig of dill and a spoonful of caviar.
