- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. sauteed, chopped onion, bell pepper and celery
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 lb. boiled shrimp
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
