Ingredients

  • 200 grams shrimp middle

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch plus cold water

Method

  • 1 - Cut fish into bites, sprinkle some salt, and set aside for about 20 minutes.
  • 2 - Start cooking rice or noodles.
  • 3 - Prepare shrimps, then rinse them under cold water, and drain.
  • 4 - Prepare shrimp stock.
  • Take a small pot and toss shrimp's shells, heads.

  • You may sprinkle some salt.
  • Add fish, saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp, saute for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the orange sauce.
  • Add thickener, it means cornstarch with water.
  • Sprinkle some pepper.
  • Stir and fry about 1 minute.
  • 7 - Serve over rice or noodles.
