- 1 x salt and white pepper ground
- 150 millilitres basic shrimp stock
- 75 millilitres orange juice 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1/2 teaspoon pepperoni green, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch plus cold water
Method
- 1 - Cut fish into bites, sprinkle some salt, and set aside for about 20 minutes.
- 2 - Start cooking rice or noodles.
- 3 - Prepare shrimps, then rinse them under cold water, and drain.
- 4 - Prepare shrimp stock.
- Take a small pot and toss shrimp's shells, heads.
