Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. icing sugar
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Mix well.
- Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter or roll into balls and press with fork.
- May be decorated (before baking) with piece of candied cherry in center.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
- May be decorated with frosting and candy sprinkles if desired.
