- 1 lb. butter (1/2 margarine, 1/2 butter)
- 1/2 lb. icing sugar
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- nuts (if desired)
Method
- Cream
- butter and margarine.
- Add sugar and cream again. Add flour
- gradually.
- Add
- vanilla
- and nuts.
- Shape in small rolls and freeze.
- Cut slices to your desired thickness.
- Bake until brown around edges at 350°.
