Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch or 6 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello (powder)
- 1 tsp. red food coloring
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries (unsweetened)
- Cool Whip topping
Method
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cut up strawberries.
- Put in baked pie shell.
- Pour mixture over strawberries.
- Top with Cool Whip.
