Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 pound beef, cubed

Method

  • Combine ingredients and mix well.
  • Add in 2 pounds lean chuck, round or possibly sirloin, having been cut in 1 inch cubes, to the above marinade.
  • Place in refrigerator and let stand overnight or possibly allow beef to marinate at room temperature for 3-4 hrs.
  • Be sure beef is covered with marinade.
