Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 pound beef, cubed
Method
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Add in 2 pounds lean chuck, round or possibly sirloin, having been cut in 1 inch cubes, to the above marinade.
- Place in refrigerator and let stand overnight or possibly allow beef to marinate at room temperature for 3-4 hrs.
- Be sure beef is covered with marinade.
