Ingredients
- 2 cups Dijon mustard
- 1 cup grain mustard
- 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 12 cup finely chopped mint
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
