Ingredients

  • 1 ready pie crust
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 c. Irish Mist liqueur
  • 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping (La Creme)

Method

  • In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and flour.
  • Mix at medium speed with mixer until blended.
  • Add eggs, chocolate and Irish Mist liqueur.
  • Mix well.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Pour into ready crust.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Put food coloring into some Cool Whip and spread over pie.
  • Makes 8 servings.
