Ingredients
- 1 ready pie crust
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. Irish Mist liqueur
- 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping (La Creme)
Method
- In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and flour.
- Mix at medium speed with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, chocolate and Irish Mist liqueur.
- Mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into ready crust.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Put food coloring into some Cool Whip and spread over pie.
- Makes 8 servings.
