Ingredients
- 1 qt. sherbet
- 7 oz. 7-Up
Method
- Raspberry, pineapple, lemon, orange or cranberry sherbet can be used.
- Try using one quart lemon sherbet with one quart of any other flavor.
- Put the two quarts of sherbet in a punch bowl and let stand at room temperature.
- Just before serving, when the sherbet is slightly mushy, add the chilled 7-Up and stir several times.
- Makes 50 generous servings.
