Ingredients
- 2 c. Seven-Up
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small can pineapple, drained
- 1 small box lime jello
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 small bottle cherries, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Put Seven-Up in pot. Add marshmallows. Cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil and marshmallows are well melted. Set off heat. Add jello and mix well.
- Put in refrigerator.
- Keep check on mixture and stir occasionally.
- When mixture is cold and about ready to set, add pineapple, nuts, cherries and whipped cream last.
- Mix well.
- Let salad set for several hours.
