Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 c. butterscotch bits
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place butter in medium size bread pan till melted.
  • Layer crumbs proportionately over butter, then coconut, next chocolate chips, then butterscotch bits.
  • Pour lowfat milk over all this and top with the c. of pecans.
  • Bake till pecans are light brown and bits are melted.
  • Cold, then place in refrigerator 2 hrs.
  • Remove and slice into squares with a sharp knife.
