Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 34 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 12 cherry tomatoes or 12 grape tomatoes, halved
  • salt

Method

  • Whisk together soy sauce,oil, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
  • Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil.
  • Add green beans.
  • and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.Drain under cold water for 30 seconds.
  • Add beans and tomatoes to soy sauce mixture and toss to combine.
  • Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
