Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- 34 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 12 cherry tomatoes or 12 grape tomatoes, halved
- salt
Method
- Whisk together soy sauce,oil, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
- Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil.
- Add green beans.
- and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.Drain under cold water for 30 seconds.
- Add beans and tomatoes to soy sauce mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
