Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Method
- Blend cake mix, pudding mix, milk, eggs, pecans and chocolate morsels.
- Pour mixture into greased 10-inch microwave tube pan. Microwave at High 14 minutes; rotate pan 1/4 turn at 3-minute intervals.
- Allow to stand 5 minutes.
- Invert cake onto serving platter.
- The chocolate morsels may be on the top and can be spread as icing while hot, if desired.
