Ingredients
- 1 c. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 to 3 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
Method
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Store in airtight container. Use in soups, dressings, meats, vegetables, etc.
- Experiment:
- Add or subtract spices you personally like.
- Example:
- Lemon rind, parsley, cumin, etc.
