Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. cracked pepper
Method
- Combine ingredients together.
- If flour seasoning is used frequently for chicken, pork or lamb, it can be made in large quantities and kept on hand in a Ziploc bag.
- The paprika gives a wonderful taste as well as making the pieces brown without frying them to death.
