Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 16 sea scallops
- salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Method
- In a large skillet, heat the oil.
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper and add to the pan.
- Cook over high heat, turning once, until cooked through, 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
