Ingredients

  • 8 oz. box seashell noodles
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp crab delight
  • 1 lb. salad shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 4 oz. jar diced pimiento
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Rinse with cold water.
  • Drain.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • (If salad appears too dry, add more mayonnaise.)
