- 8 oz. box seashell noodles
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp crab delight
- 1 lb. salad shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 4 oz. jar diced pimiento
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Drain.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- (If salad appears too dry, add more mayonnaise.)
