- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 3/4 lb. small cooked shrimp
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients except grated cheeses.
- Line greased 9 x 13-inch pan with noodles.
- Top with half of seafood mixture. Repeat.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Remove; top with grated cheeses and bake for 45 minutes longer.
- Let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
