Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 3/4 lb. small cooked shrimp
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except grated cheeses.
  • Line greased 9 x 13-inch pan with noodles.
  • Top with half of seafood mixture. Repeat.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Remove; top with grated cheeses and bake for 45 minutes longer.
  • Let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
