Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Method
- Drain pineapple; heat 1 cup juice to boiling.
- Add jello, stirring to dissolve.
- Chill until syrupy.
- Stir mayonnaise and softened cream cheese into jello.
- Add pineapple.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Chill until set.
