Ingredients
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 large Vidalia or Spanish onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. scrod fillets
Method
- Lightly coat large skillet with spray.
- Over medium-high heat, add onion, 1/2 of soy sauce and dash of pepper sauce.
- Cover; cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add water and fish. Sprinkle with rest of soy sauce and another dash of Tabasco. Cover; simmer until fish flakes easily, about 5 to 10 minutes.
