Ingredients
- 1 lb. barley
- 1/4 lb. dried peas
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1/2 lb. lamb flanks, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 leeks, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- pinch of parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- The night before, soak the barley and the peas until morning.
