Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 3 to 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- In large skillet, saute onion and butter until tender. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add shrimp, olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss together.
- Arrange shrimp in large shallow baking pan.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp in the baking pan.
- Broil 3 to 5 minutes.
- Turn over and broil the other side. Serves 6 to 8.
