- 2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Knorr Aromat all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- black pepper
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 lb. scallops
- Italian bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- vermicelli noodles
Method
- Combine tomatoes, wine, oil, onions, garlic, parsley, Knorr seasoning, basil, sugar and pepper.
- Cook 10 minutes or until onions are tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until scallops are cooked.
- Turn into ovenproof dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Broil until cheese is slightly brown.
- Serve over noodles (vermicelli).
