Ingredients
- potatoes, thinly sliced (7 or 8)
- 10 small green onions and tops, chopped fine
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until light brown; add soup.
- Remove from flame and add whipping cream and pepper.
- Stir until smooth.
