Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once.
- Cook and stir over medium heat.
- Continue cooking until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Mix with sliced potatoes.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until tender.
