Ingredients
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. green or red pepper
- 1 beaten egg white
- 1/2 c. crackers
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 tsp. margarine
Method
- Cook onion and peppers in water for 2 minutes until tender. Mix remaining ingredients.
- Add pepper and onion.
- Spray casserole dish.
- Top casserole with remaining cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Serves 4.
