Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 12 crackers (Club)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix together corn, crackers, salt and pepper to taste and egg. Pour into well-greased pan.
- Garnish top with additional crumbled Club crackers (3 or 4) and strips of bacon (if you like); a few dollops of butter here and there on the crumbled crackers is nice too.
- Place in 350° oven for 1 hour, until top is light brown and bacon is fully cooked.
- Check before the hour is up to be sure it doesn't burn.
