Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- 1 bunch carrots, sliced and cooked
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Brown onion in margarine in skillet. Add flour, celery salt, salt and dry mustard.
- Stir in milk and cook until thickened.
- Add cheese and stir to melt.
- Add cooked carrots and pour into buttered casserole.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
