Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
  • 1 lb. tomatoes
  • 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Method

  • Brown beef in saucepan.
  • Drain off the fat.
  • Add all ingredients except spaghetti.
  • Cover and simmer 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook spaghetti and drain.
  • Serve with meat sauce.
