Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
- 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Combine salad dressing, lemon juice and seasonings.
- Mix well. Pour over cut chicken.
- Chill for several hours.
- Reserve salad dressing mixture.
- Bake chicken, skin side up on rack in baking pan.
- Bake at 450° for 40 minutes.
- Brushing occasionally with salad dressing mixture.
