Ingredients
- 6 tbsp good olive oil
- 1.5lb button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp ea, fresh thyme and lemon juice
- half cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp chopped flat parsely
Method
- Heat skillet and add olive oil. When hot sprinkle in mushrooms and sear them until they carmalize, 2 minutes. Drain any excess oil, then and butter. Once browned add garlic, salt and pepper. When garlic is brown add wine and simmer until glazed. Add parsey and serive
