Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp good olive oil
  • 1.5lb button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 tsp ea, fresh thyme and lemon juice
  • half cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp chopped flat parsely

Method

  • Heat skillet and add olive oil. When hot sprinkle in mushrooms and sear them until they carmalize, 2 minutes. Drain any excess oil, then and butter. Once browned add garlic, salt and pepper. When garlic is brown add wine and simmer until glazed. Add parsey and serive
