Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. sausage, fry to get fat out
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- carrots, sliced
- garlic to taste
- any other vegetable or seasoning you wish to use
Method
- Slice fried sausage and add other ingredients to pot.
- You may use water, tomato juice or any other broth to cover.
- Cook 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
- Use your imagination for different varieties like chicken or beef or pasta, etc.
