Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook sausage and onion until brown; drain.
- Mix Bisquick, milk and 1 egg.
- Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased Pyrex pan.
- Top with sausage mixture.
- Mix sour cream, salt, pepper and 1 egg.
- Pour over sausage.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°. When cool, cut into squares.
