Ingredients
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 3 c. dry Bisquick
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large saucepan, heat together sausage and shredded cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Stir in Bisquick until smooth.
- Cool.
- Chill for 30 minutes for ease in handling.
- Shape into small balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove.
- Place on paper towels to drain.
- Serve warm.
- (Freezes well after baking; reheat in slow oven.)
