Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 3 c. dry Bisquick

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • In a large saucepan, heat together sausage and shredded cheese.
  • Stir until cheese is melted.
  • Stir in Bisquick until smooth.
  • Cool.
  • Chill for 30 minutes for ease in handling.
  • Shape into small balls.
  • Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove.
  • Place on paper towels to drain.
  • Serve warm.
  • (Freezes well after baking; reheat in slow oven.)
