Ingredients

  • crab sticks
  • lemon juice
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 leek white part, chopped
  • 1 zucchini no seeds, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • parsley minced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • cumin to taste
  • olive oil to taste

Method

  • Chop the crab sticks, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the crab, leek, zucchini, garlic cloves, and parsley. Stir in the slightly beaten egg.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and add flavor with cumin.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Form small balls, and flatten into burgers.
  • Place burgers in a baking pan greased with olive oil, sprinkle with a little olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes until toasted.
