Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage, room temperature
- 12 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Bisquick
Method
- Mix sausage and cheese until blended.
- Add Bisquick gradually. May have to adjust amount of Bisquick.
- Roll into marble size balls and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
